Once you have reached out to LP Interior Styling, a Questionnaire will be shared via email before scheduling a phone consultation to further discuss your needs, style, and budget in greater detail.

Consultation: A walk through of your home or room(s) will be scheduled in order to provide you with a Proposal of Work as well as an Estimate of the time and budget that will be required in order to complete your project to your full satisfaction. 

During the consultation, general ideas and suggestions are shared. You can then decide to implement on your own or you can hire LP Interior Styling to take on your design and vision from start to finish.

Our Process

  • In-person consultation
  • Formal Proposal/Estimate shared via email
  • Contract is signed and 50% of the Design Fee is required upfront in order for work to begin

  • Occupied Home Staging

    For Homeowners

    Every home staging project begins with a phone consultation & in-person consultation to discuss which level of home staging is recommended. Read below to see which package fits your needs.

    Home Staging In-person Consultation: LP Interior Styling will come into your home with recommendations for readying your home for sale. 

    If the homeowner would like LP Interior Styling to further assist additional packages are available.

    Speed Staging: 

    LP Interior Styling will come into your home for 3-4 hours while using only your existing furniture, decor/accessories, and artwork to restyle each room of your home. 

    Homeowners have the choice of purchasing or these items can be rented for an additional price.

    Vacant Home Staging

    For Investors & Builders
    Vacant Staging: 
    Furniture, decor/accessory and artwork rental are required while all delivery, installation and pickup are handled by our team.
